This lesson is about getting out of your comfort zone, taking a cold shower, make a voice call, asking for a raise or doing that one thing that makes you uncomfortable . the cold shower is a non negotiable.

You will be reminded about the importance and power of making your bed even if you are working from home or are not going anywhere.

In this lesson you learn the power of focusing on 3 things in a day that are a priority

In this lesson you will be tracking your main priority every hour for 24 hours

You will be learning about the power of gratitude and take action immediately  and the WHY you are grateful for them
